13th Annual Albuquerque Folk Festival

June 18th at 12 noon I will be playing the Albuquerque Folk Festival. My good buddy and great songwriter Daniel Boling put this together for me... If you ever get a chance to see Daniel you won't be sorry... I don't talk much about the music side of my life here in this blog. Have used it mostly for horses and the training of horses. But music has always been a pretty big deal for me... I started playing when I was 14 years old in Biloxi Mississippi. I have taken playing pretty serious at times and at times not... lol..... I use to play in a great blue grass band called Live Bait... we were together for some 12 years or better and put out a couple of records together...then started a solo career and did ok... right now I love being home with Kathy and the ponies more then travailing around playing music... so I have two requirements when I play... one, it has to be fun and two, it has to pay a lot of money... and with that... it keeps me pretty close to home....

Today will start another week of work with the ponies...am excited.. Have a lady bringing over a horse on Wednesday. She has started this horse but wants to make sure she is moving in the right direction so will let you know how that goes...
