Meet Leo. He just arrived yesterday. His mom felt it was a good time to get him in to a solid program so here he is. We just worked together a little in the round pen yesterday to see if I could get him caught. They told me that he’s not very keen on getting caught, but it wasn’t long before he was willing to follow me around in the round pen and was happy to just stand next to me. So off to a good start.
I was writing this blog when I got a phone call to let Kathy and I know that our neighbor and friend Pat Jones just passed away this morning. He was the best of neighbors, as I have mentioned before. I know that lots of folks have lots of ideas and beliefs about what happens to a person when they die, but no matter what you believe, it don’t take away the hurt from losing a friend and neighbor. So if you are blessed with someone you love still with you, take a little time to let them know. Things can change, pretty fast.
Will try and keep you updated with info on what the heck I'm doing with horses and music.
