Pocket can't believe it either.
Well, I was getting ready Friday, to take the round pen over to AZ and was going to set it up, in preparation for taking over the barn in Aug.. I was just pulling in to load the panels when I felt a little shake in the trailer i was pulling. I looked back just in time to see one of the trailer tire and wheel, role to the side of the road. It looks like the ruff road out here just shook the bracket that holds the wheel on, till it broke off. So, today I have to find someone to fix it, if they can. I'm thankful that this happened on the ranch with me traveling 10 miles an hour, as apposed to me traveling down the freeway at 70 miles an hour when it happened.
I went over anyway to AZ in hopes of meeting some more of the boarders but no one seemed really interested in visiting. I think that they are all waiting to see what will happen when I take over the barn.
We got .08 inches of rain last night. Not much, but better then a poke in the eye with a sharp stick.
The stallion is gone as I mentioned last week, but the Gray is still here and is really doing well. I'm hoping I can get the owner out sometime this week or next and get him up on his horse, so he can see how well he's doing.
I better get to that trailer.
Will try and keep you updated with info on what the heck I'm doing with horses and music.
