Spent some time yesterday getting the truck ready for the big clinic this weekend. Had the oil changed and the batteries checked. You may remember Kathy and I had a little trouble with the truck the last clinic we did in Silver City. Had a defective radiator hose and almost blew up the motor. But it’s all good and we are ready to go now.
Have a few more last minutes things to do. Get some horses moved around from one barn to another so that Ted won’t have to come to the house to feed. The dogs will go to camp, Ted and Heidi’s. They love it when we leave for a day or two. The pool is not open yet, but Ted has been known to pull the cover back off the pool so Wally can take a dip, so who knows, they may get to go swimming.
Weather is suppose to be a little windy this weekend but no big deal. Sue has a cover on her arena so that will sure help out and once we get to working it warms up anyway.
We’re hoping for a good group this weekend. We for sure know we are going to have folk there that have worked with us before and we always look forward to seeing them and how they are getting along with their horses. We are hoping that there will be a few new folks there too, so that they can see what we do and hope that we can be of help to them as well…
Better get at it. But first. Coffee
Will try and keep you updated with info on what the heck I'm doing with horses and music.
